Video Production & Photography for Fujifilm’s European Partner Conference
We recently travelled to Vienna, Austria, to provide video production and photography support for Fujifilm’s 2026 Partner Conference — a two-day event bringing together Fujifilm partners and senior executives from across Europe.
Held at the Hilton Vienna Waterfront on 8 and 9 June 2026, the conference focused on Fujifilm’s strategy, future roadmap, partner success stories and the latest tools, resources and product innovations.
For Copper Tree Media, the brief was to capture the energy of the event, the people behind it and the key moments that made the conference memorable — creating a polished collection of photography and video content that Fujifilm could use long after the event had finished.
From the UK to Vienna
As an established video production company working with Fujifilm across Europe, we’re used to working in fast-paced environments where there is only one opportunity to capture the moment.
Vienna provided an impressive backdrop. The Hilton Waterfront, situated alongside the Danube, offered a modern conference environment with expansive event spaces, river views and plenty of opportunities for both photography and video.
Capturing the Conference
Our team covered the event across the two days, producing a mixture of professional event photography and video footage.
The aim wasn’t simply to record what happened. We wanted to create imagery that communicated the scale, atmosphere and personality of the conference.
Alongside the photography, we captured video throughout the conference, gathering the footage needed to produce a concise and engaging event highlights film.
Creating the Event Highlights Film
One of the key deliverables from the project was a cinematic highlights film showcasing Fujifilm’s Partner Conference in Vienna.
Rather than creating a straightforward record of the event, we approached the edit as a short-form brand film — combining carefully selected moments, movement, atmosphere and detail to tell the story of the conference.
The finished film gives viewers a flavour of what it was like to be there, from the formal conference sessions through to the conversations and experiences happening around them.
