Our long term client Domex approached us to create a recruitment film for them to help promote their growing need for staff. Working closely with owner Ross Ganev, we created two films. One 30 second advert to be used on social and supported by pay per click marketing. The purpose of this film to grab attention and a film to be targeted at the demographic they are looking for.
The second film, a longer story driven piece where people who have registered interest can hear first hand from current Domex engineers.
