Live streaming video  is a great way to get in contact with several offices or branches at the same time.

Our long established client Bell Decorating Group wanted to use a Town Hall approach to keep there very many branches across the country abreast of new developments in the company.  With offices as far apart as Aberdeen and Exeter it was impossible to arrange a meeting without disrupting day-to-day business so live streaming was the way to go and we were more than happy to help.

With the live streaming set to start at 12:30,  we were on site for 8 am to ensure that everything was well prepared in advance.  Carefully arranged seating, lighting and audio is crucial to these events and using our experience we were able to handle all of these aspects to deliver a seamless broadcast using existing group contact software.  Expert vision mixing is always important for live streaming to focus on any particular speaker and give a professional appearance to the event.

Questions received from various offices across the country were collated in advance and posed to the participants during the live stream, enabling the audience to be informed about the company’s activities and future.   The feedback received after the live streaming was positive gave the company an ideal platform to keep the workforce fully informed with minimal disruption.
